We use UPS and USPS to ship our products and we ship out of Gonzales, LA. Our processing time is usually 1-4 business days after order is confirned. Shipping is normally 3-5 business days. However a short delay can occur due to the fact that our products are handmade and we make certain products at the tme of order.

Replacement Policy:
If the order is damnaged when customer recieve order, the customer has to take a picture of the product within a hour of recieving item and send it to the business email, to get a replacement.
