Shipping Policy:

We use UPS and USPS to ship our products and we ship out of Gonzales, LA. Our processing time is usually 1-4 business days after order is confirmed. Shipping is normally 3-5 business days. However a short delay can occur due to the fact that our products are handmade and we make certain products at the time of order.

This keeps our products fresh and arrive to you in great condition! The tracking number will be given via email after items are shipped. We offer worldwide shipping.

 

Replacement Policy:

If any item(s) are damaged upon receipt, the customer has to provide evidence of the damage, such as taking clear pictures of the product. Then, send the pictures to the business email-ryryproducts@gmail.com no later than the following business day, to get a replacement. Please also send proof of delivery along with photos of damaged item(s).
